What we collect

Account: name, email or phone, language and time zone, and the name of the phone in use.

Your home: rooms, strips, devices, scenes and schedules.

Strip readings: state, power, energy, voltage, temperature and Wi‑Fi strength; the command log and safety alerts.

Why

To run the service: control, usage and bill, protection and alerts, and to improve the site and app from aggregate statistics. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Usage statistics

Website: Google Analytics counts visits and pages. Nothing is stored on your device unless you accept in the bar at the bottom; Google ads features are off.

App: Google Analytics for Firebase records which screens are opened and crashes, without your name, email or electricity readings.

Google processes this data for us and it may be stored outside Egypt.

How sensitive it is

Usage readings can reveal when you are at home, so they are protected: encrypted connections, hashed passwords and tokens, and limited staff access.

Where it is stored

Data may be stored on servers outside Egypt with a hosting provider. At sign-up we ask for your explicit consent to this, as article 14 of Personal Data Protection Law 151 of 2020 requires.

How long

Command log 90 days, safety alerts 1 year, daily usage 2 years, phone-change log 1 year; then deleted automatically.

Your rights

Download a copy of your data in the app: Settings → Account → Download my data.

Delete your account and all its data for good: Settings → Account → Delete account.
